As of 11:59pm February 28th 2021, Hello Luna will cease trading. As such, all sales effective immediately are final. No restocks will take place & no products are eligible for returns or exchanges. Thank you so much for all of your support over the years, you are so appreciated.

Our terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at our discretion. We recommend you read our full t&cs, and check back regularly to ensure you’re aware of our policies.

As we sell seeds and seeded items, interstate customers may be subject to quarantine restrictions. This applies particularly to WA and TAS customers. Should your parcel be inspected, the fee for such will be sent to you and will be your responsibility. Hello Luna is not liable for any fees or complications that may arise, nor for the potential delay. We do our best to ensure our products display accurate signage in regards to shipping restrictions, however this is not absolute and ultimately it is up to your individual state or territory to make the final decision. 

Our policies last 14 days from the day you receive your order. For both exchanges and refunds, we will require that the item in question is returned to us in it’s original condition and original packaging*.

To apply for a refund or exchange, and to organise the return of your items, please contact us at hello@helloluna.com.au as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer refunds on sale items**. Refunds are offered on faulty or damaged goods, or in response to an error on our behalf.

Exchanges are offered on faulty or damaged goods. Exchanges are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis with ordering issues, for example ordering the wrong size, colour etc, so we advise you ensure you’re ordering the correct product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Should you need/want to cancel an order, please do so ASAP. As a general guide, within 6 hours at most. Once the order has been packaged and posted, cancellation is unavailable and your item may not qualify for a refund or return. Cancellations will incur a $5 fee.

We do our best to ensure our stock levels are up to date and accurate, however we reserve the right to cancel orders due to inavailability or should we discover a fault in the product you have ordered. We will always contact you personally if this should ever occur.

Some items are ineligible for a refund or exchange. These include magazines, sale items, and any time-sensitive products.

Sales and promotional periods are final. Any promotions or sales will not be applied retroactively to orders already placed, nor extended should you miss the period. We suggest joining our mailing list to ensure you don’t miss out!

Our work is protected by copyright. This means you may not use our images or words as your own without our explicit written consent. Doing so may invoke legal action.

*We recognise this is not always possible, please speak to us first.
**In line with Fair Trading laws, you are always eligible for a refund on any items if they are found to have a major fault.
