For Pre-Christmas delivery, please ensure you have your orders in NO LATER than the following dates:

December 02 for long haul deliveries – WA/NT/RURAL/REMOTE/FNQ

December 13 for everywhere else.

Please note that given the circumstances surrounding this year that these dates are not guarantees – they are the best estimations given to us by our courier. We strongly suggest you get orders in as early as possible to be safe in such unpredictable times. For the immediate future, we will be limiting AusPost runs to twice a week, and our courier pick ups to three times a week to minimise contact and maintain social distancing procedures. Please be aware that with the ongoing worldwide pandemic, shipping times have been impacted and this is beyond our control. AusPost is experiencing extreme delays of days to weeks to some areas, so please keep this in mind if your purchase is urgent. Sendle may also experiencing delays as domestic flights are grounded.

Please also be aware that all deliveries are now no-contact. Signature on delivery is not available, & in most cases your courier will simply leave the parcel at your door – & they may or may not knock (depending on their own policies). Check regularly. If you would like it left elsewhere, please leave a note at check out.

We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee, and free shipping when you spend over $200. During promotional periods we may have free postage promotions, so sign up to our newsletter for access to promo codes.

Orders over $100 will be upgraded to signature on delivery free of charge; please leave a note in check out if you would like to grant authority to leave instead.

We can not post to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box address during check out, we will contact you for an alternate address.

We try to be as eco-friendly as we can with our packaging. We reuse most of our materials or buy eco options when buying new if possible. Occasionally you may find your order packaged with something that is not obviously eco friendly, such as bubble wrap or packaging beans. Keep in mind that if these appear in your shipping, it’s because they are either a biodegradable variety or they have been reused after being sent to us. We encourage all of our customers to reduce, reuse (or donate to another local small business!) and recycle as much as possible.

Please allow up to two weeks for shipping, and up to four if you’re a rural customer or in WA/NT. Also allow up to four weeks during peak periods such as Christmas. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner than this; most orders arrive within 4-5 business days depending on your location; WA and NT take approximately 5-9 business days. Orders are generally posted twice a week or as demand requires. All of our orders are posted with a tracking number, which will be sent to you upon pick up by our courier.

If you live in WA/NT, or rurally and you would prefer Auspost to ship your items (as they are generally faster to these areas than our usual couriers), you are welcome to contact us BEFORE placing an order. Orders placed this way are ineligible for our flat rate shipping, and you will need to cover the entire shipping fee, including SOD and insurance if the order total is over $100, + $2 for handling. Should you make an error during check out and enter the incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the postage charge again if your order is returned to us by the courier (RTS). If you do not wish to pay for postage again, your order will be cancelled and a refund less the original postage fees will be issued. We accept no responsibility if your order should arrive at the incorrect address due to an error on your behalf. It’s important to always double check the address entered.

If your order has not arrived in the designated time period, check your tracking number – in most cases you are able to lodge a missing parcel investigation from here, which takes up to 5 days to investigate. If that does not help, check your local post office or drop off point. If it still can’t be found, contact us and we will speak to our courier to track down your package. Keep in mind that we can not guarantee delivery before specific dates (should you need a product as a gift or for a special occasion). We suggest you always order early to be sure of delivery on time. At this time, we don’t offer express shipping.
