These Lil’Bit Bee Seed Bombs are a perfect, simple way to help care for bees! Made using a technique that is hundreds of years old, all you need to do is to let it go, then wait for the magic to happen.

The flower seeds are protected from insects and birds by natural clay, which also provides organic matter and nutrients for the earth. With a little water and sunlight, the seed ball will break down and the seeds will germinate. Eventually they will grow in to herbs and flowers that provide food for the buzzing bees nearby. Naturally, spring and summer are the best times of year to release your seed bombs. The seeds will germinate when the conditions are ideal; it may not be immediately, but in time you will be pleasantly surprised by blooms blossoming.

Bee Seed Bombs should only be placed on the soil surface, there is no need to bury them, making them a wonderful alternative to traditional planting for all of the wanna-be green thumbs out there! They also make for excellent party favours or gifts, and full instructions are included in each bag so even the recipients will know what to do.

Our Bee Seed Bombs are handmade right here in Australia and feature mixed organic annuals. They’re safe for planting all over Australia, even in WA and Tas! Bee Seed Bombs are sold in bags of 6.
