What payment options do you offer?
All of our payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account, or with a credit/debit card if you don’t have an account/if you prefer. We also now offer Afterpay as a payment method.
Do you offer afterpay or zippay?
Yes! We’re happy to announce that we do in fact offer Afterpay as a payment method. If you’re unsure of what Afterpay is or how it works, click here.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no. Depending on demand, we may in future. Contact us to register your interest in international postage.
How long does shipping take?
This depends on your location. However, for a lot of our customers delivery is within 3-4 days of being picked up by our courier. We aim to post within 1-2 days of an order being placed. This doesn’t apply during peak periods such as Christmas however. For full shipping information, click here. If you would like an ETA before ordering, please just pop us a message and we’ll let you know.
I found bubble wrap in my packaging. I thought you were an eco brand?
We do our best to be as eco friendly as possible! If your package includes packaging that is not eco-friendly, rest assured that it’s instead being reused. For more information on how we try to be eco minded, click here.
Are the clothes true to size?
Unless stated otherwise on individual listings, yes. Allow for the possibility of shrinkage after washing. It’s up to the customer to size up or down depending on their own individual needs. We do however stock US brands, such as The Bee & The Fox and Wee Rascals, who size as follows: Size 2, age 2-4. Size 4, age 4-6. Size 6, age 6-8, and so on.
How often do you add new products to your store?
We aim to have new products regularly. Our subscribers will be the first to get sneak-peeks of what’s coming in, and we may drop hints on social media if you’re following along there too.

Not at this time. If we bring them in in future, our subscribers will be the first to know.
I’m having issues placing my order, what do I do?

Can I pick up my order? Where are you located?
For many reasons, including privacy, we do not offer pick up. I can tell you however that we are located in the Hunter Valley region of NSW, Australia.
Do you attend markets? Which ones?
We have yet to do markets! This is however something we may look at in the future. If you’re local and a fan of markets, we suggest The Olive Tree markets and Hunt & Gather markets, both located in Newcastle.
The name ‘Nathannika’ appeared on my invoice. Why?
Nathannika is the name of the company we trade under – Nathannika Pty Ltd trading as Hello Luna. Rest assured it’s still us!
